Transportation, Handling

Our fluoropolymer coatings are used in a wide range of areas, such as measures against adhesion during transportation of powders and sticky substances, corrosion protection of piping and other materials in the event of abatement of corrosive gases, and transfer of high purity chemical solutions used in electronic devices. As a means of solving many problems in one fell swoop, our fluoropolymer coatings are effective.

  • Piping

    Used for non-stick and anti-corrosion purpose. The applicable coating thickness is from 20µm to 2mm. Unique/complex shaped piping such as header piping is also applicable.

  • Screw conveyer

  • Diaphragm operated valve

    Mainly used for sanitary application.
    Coating to valve body to add non-stick, corrosive resistance, and metal ion prevention.

  • Sanitary piping

    It is commonly used for non-stick use. Furthermore, it can improve process liquid flow to reduce load in pump.

    Our Richil Lining can be applied inside of complicated shape by 2-axis roto-molding method. For example, the number of flanges can be decreased to enable less risk of liquid leakage, lightweight and easy maintenance can be designed for pipeline.

    Our fluoropolymer coatings can be applied to complicated shapes like header piping, a task which is not possible with glass lining or loose lining.

  • Flue gas duct

    We provide the solution to a very severe corrosive area like flue gas duct in sulfuric acid plant with approximately 2mm film thickness.

    Prevents cross contamination for multi-use by improving washability. Also fittable for transportation of liquid to avoid metal contact.

    It can improve pulling out of powder and purity by preventing metal contact.
